What you need

cup mustard oil

tsp garam masala

in ginger

tsp black pepper

tsp turmeric powder

Instructions
1: Soak the rajma overnight and boil it until soft. 2: Heat mustard oil in a pot and add Badi Elachi, Dal Chini, Cloves, and Bay leaf. 3: Add ginger, garlic, and the spicy red chilies; sauté for a few minutes. 4: Stir in the Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Haldi powder, and salt. 5: Add the boiled rajma and water; let it simmer for about 30 minutes. 6: Stir in the remaining spices: jeera, Kasuri methi, garam masala, Amchoor powder, and Black Pepper Powder. 7: Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.View original recipe
