Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, and kashmiri red chilli powder. 2: Prepare a ground spice paste with coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder, and roasted jeera powder. 3: Heat oil in the pressure cooker and add black peppercorns, jeera, laung, choti elachi, and tej patta. 4: Add haldi powder, ginger garlic paste, and besan to the cooker and sauté. 5: Add dried red chillies, chopped onions, and tomatoes, and cook until soft. 6: Mix in the marinated chicken and cook for a few minutes. 7: Add water, green chillies, garam masala, kasuri methi, and salt to taste. 8: Close the lid and cook under pressure for about 10-15 minutes. 9: Release the pressure, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve.View original recipe
