Instructions
1: Boil soya in water with salt, sugar, vinegar, garlic cloves, coriander stems, and ginger until cooked. 2: Drain and set aside. 3: Mix ginger garlic paste, chilli garlic sauce, salt, aromat powder, black pepper powder, corn starch, and maida to coat the soya. 4: Prepare a slurry with cornstarch and water. 5: Heat oil and add chopped garlic, ginger, onion, and capsicum to sauté. 6: Add green chillies, dark soy sauce, chilli garlic paste, vinegar, tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper powder, aromat powder, and water. 7: Stir in the cooked soya and the slurry to coat everything in sauce. 8: Garnish with coriander leaves and green onions before serving.View original recipe
