What you need

tsp baking soda

tbsp rice flour

cup water

tsp salt

bunch fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, combine Atta, Raw Potatoes (grated), Onion (finely chopped), Green Chillies (chopped), and Curry Leaves. 2: Add Salt, Red Chilli Flakes, Coriander Leaves, Jeera, Ajwain, Black Pepper Powder, Haldi Powder, and mix well. 3: Gradually add Water to form a smooth batter. 4: Add Suji, Rice Flour, and Baking Soda into the batter and mix thoroughly. 5: Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls of the batter, frying until golden and crispy. 6: Remove pakodas and drain on paper towels before serving.View original recipe
