Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix together besan, salt, ghee, ajwain, sesame seeds, and water to form a dough. 2: Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes. 3: For the masala, heat oil in a pan, add hing, jeera, and coriander seeds. 4: Add boiled potatoes, spices, and tomatoes to the pan, and mix well. 5: Prepare the chutney by blending tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, and ginger. 6: Roll the dough into small circles, place masala in the center, and seal the edges. 7: Deep fry the kachoris until golden brown. 8: Serve hot with chutney.View original recipe
