Instructions
1: Wash the chicken with vinegar, salt, and water. 2: Marinate the chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste, kashmiri red chilli powder, and haldi powder. 3: Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, sauté until golden brown. 4: Add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste, cook until tomatoes are soft. 5: Add marinated chicken, green chilli, and cook for a few minutes. 6: Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder, and stir well. 7: Mix in curd and kasuri methi, stir until combined. 8: Add whole spices and water as needed, bring to a boil. 9: Cover and simmer until chicken is fully cooked. 10: Adjust seasoning and finish with garam masala before serving.View original recipe
