Instructions
1: Heat mustard oil in a kadhai. 2: Add jeera, sauf, black pepper corn, and coriander seeds. Sauté till fragrant. 3: Add chopped hybrid tomatoes and cook until soft. 4: Stir in the ginger, haldi powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, roasted jeera powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder. 5: Add the mushrooms, peas, and salt, mixing well. 6: Pour in the water and cook until mushrooms are tender. 7: Add curd, garam masala, kasuri methi, and sugar, stirring until combined. 8: Garnish with green chillies and ginger julienne before serving.View original recipe
