cup rice flour

cup water

Instructions
1: Wash and chop the Palak and Potatoes. 2: Grind the Ginger, Garlic, Jeera, Coriander Seeds, and Sauf into a paste. 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the besan, water, Haldi Powder, Ajwain, Amchoor Powder, Salt, Rice Flour, and Baking soda. 4: Add in the chopped Palak, Potatoes, Green Chillies, Fresh Coriander Leaves, and the ground paste, and mix well. 5: Heat oil in a pan for frying. 6: Drop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. 7: Remove the pakoras from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. 8: Serve hot with chutney or sauce.View original recipe
