What you need

Instructions
1: Prepare all the vegetables by chopping them into small pieces. 2: Heat desi ghee in a pressure cooker and add whole spices like jeera, dal chini, tej patta, choti elachi, cloves, and black peppercorns. 3: Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. 4: Add tomatoes, carrots, green chillies, and potatoes, and cook for a few minutes. 5: Stir in the peas and rice, mixing well with the vegetables. 6: Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala, and water; stir to combine. 7: Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles. 8: Release pressure and serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.View original recipe
