Instructions
1: Mix 1/2 cup of atta into the already made roti dough. 2: Boil 1 liter of water and add 1 tablespoon of salt. 3: Prepare the sauce by heating 2-3 tablespoons of mustard oil in a pan. 4: Sauté chopped garlic, 1 inch of ginger, and 1 small chopped onion. 5: Add 1/4 cup of peas, 2-3 chopped green chillies, 2-3 beans, and 1/4 capsicum to the pan. 6: Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of haldi powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder. 7: Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of maggi masala for flavor. 8: Toss everything well and cook until the vegetables are tender. 9: Drain the pasta and mix it into the sauce. 10: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.View original recipe
