What you need

tsp ajwain

Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix besan, ajwain, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sauf, salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, baking soda, curd, and oil to form a dough. 2: Shape the dough into small cylindrical pieces for gatte. 3: For the gravy, heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker. 4: Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. 5: Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chillies, and cook until soft. 6: Stir in Kashmiri red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, coriander powder, and garam masala. 7: Add the prepared gatte and water to the pressure cooker. 8: Close the lid and cook for 3 whistles. 9: After cooking, let the pressure release and garnish with kasuri methi and fresh coriander leaves. 10: Serve hot.View original recipe
