Instructions
1: Heat desi ghee in a pan and add jeera, dal chini, badi elachi, tej patta, and laung to sauté. 2: Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until fragrant. 3: Add peas, green chillies, and Kashmiri red chilli powder, and mix well. 4: Add the washed basmati rice and sauté for a few minutes. 5: Pour in stock water and season with garam masala, salt, and black pepper corns. 6: Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to cook until rice is done. 7: In another pan, heat ghee for roasting cashews and paneer until golden. 8: Serve the pulav garnished with fried cashews, paneer, and coriander leaves.View original recipe
