What you need

tsp salt

tsp garam masala
fl oz oil

tsp mustard seed

tsp cumin seed

tsp methi

tsp turmeric powder

oz mango
tsp red chili powder
Instructions
1: Peel and chop the raw mango into small pieces. 2: Heat oil in a pan and add hing, cumin seeds, sauf, mustard seeds, methi dana, and kalonji. 3: Once the spices splutter, add the chopped raw mango and sauté for a few minutes. 4: Add kashmiri red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, and mishri to the pan. 5: Pour in the water and let the mixture cook until the mango is soft. 6: Stir in the chaat masala, kala namak, and garam masala before removing from heat.View original recipe
