Sauté until golden. 2: Add soaked cashews and coriander leaves, stir well. 3: Mix in the curd and malai, followed by the spices: garam masala, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. 4: For the eggs, heat oil in another pan, and add the eggs, haldi powder, kashmiri red chilli, black pepper powder, and kasuri methi.
