tbsp desiccated coconut
tsp fresh ground black pepper

tsp coriander powder

tsp red chilli

tsp garam masala

Instructions
1: Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces. 2: Chop the onions and set them aside. 3: In a pan, heat some oil and add the onions, cooking until they're translucent. 4: Add the curry leaves, garlic, and ginger to the pan, cooking for a few minutes. 5: Add all the powdered spices, including salt, and mix well. 6: Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are well-coated with the spices. 7: Cover and cook until the chicken is fully cooked. 8: Add green chillies and desiccated coconut towards the end and mix. 9: Serve hot with rice or roti.View original recipe
