tsp turmeric powder

1: Heat mustard oil in a pan. 2: Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 3: Mix in ginger garlic paste and stir for a minute. 4: Add the spices: salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, garam masala, and jeera. 5: Stir well and cook for a few minutes. 6: Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned. 7: Incorporate curd and mix everything thoroughly. 8: Add water and bring to a boil, then simmer until chicken is cooked through. 9: Finish with the whole spices: black pepper corns, elachi, and bay leaf. 10: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.View original recipe
