Instructions
1: Boil vermicelli in 1 litre of water with 1 tablespoon of salt until cooked. 2: Drain and rinse the vermicelli with cold water to clean excess starch. 3: Prepare all vegetables by chopping them into small pieces. 4: In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and green chilli. 5: Add chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum, spring onion, carrot, and beans) and stir-fry. 6: Add cooked vermicelli to the pan. 7: Pour in dark sauce, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, red chilli sauce, and tomato ketchup. 8: Mix everything well and cook for a few minutes until heated through. 9: Serve hot.View original recipe
