tbsp cornstarch
tsp ajwain

bunch fresh coriander leaves

tsp turmeric powder

tsp methi
tsp red chili powder
Instructions
1: Prepare the dough by mixing maida, oil, salt, ajwain, and water until smooth. 2: Boil the potatoes and mash them in a bowl. 3: Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, chat masala, haldi powder, salt, garam masala, kasuri methi, chopped fresh coriander leaves, and green chillis to the mashed potatoes. 4: Mix in cornstarch to bind the mixture well. 5: Roll out the dough and cut it into desired shapes for croissants. 6: Fill the dough with the potato stuffing and shape accordingly. 7: Deep fry the croissants in hot oil until golden brown. 8: Serve hot as a special Ramzan snack.View original recipe
