fresh coriander leaves
green chilli

tbsp mustard oil
pinch hing

baking soda

cup rice flour
cup besan

tsp salt

cup water

tsp amchoor

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp coriander seed

tsp fennel seed

tsp black peppercorn

tsp cumin seed
dried chilli
tsp ajwain
Instructions
1: Peel and chop the raw potatoes and gobi into small pieces. 2: In a bowl, mix all the stuffing ingredients including coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, mustard oil, hing, baking soda, and rice flour. 3: Prepare the batter by mixing besan, salt, water, amchoor powder, and haldi powder in another bowl until smooth. 4: In a pan, heat oil for frying. 5: Take a small portion of the stuffing, dip it in the batter, and carefully place it in the hot oil. 6: Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides. 7: Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels. 8: Serve hot with chutney or sauce.View original recipe
