Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, and garam masala. 2: Heat mustard oil in a pan and add bhuna masala, followed by the marinated chicken. 3: Add water and cook until the chicken is tender. 4: In a separate pan, prepare the tari by sautéing garlic, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander stems, and ginger. 5: Combine the tari with the chicken, and let it cook for a few more minutes. 6: Add roasted kasuri methi, keora water, and whole spices just before serving.View original recipe
