Instructions
1: Boil the potatoes and mash them. 2: Chop the onion and green chillies finely. 3: In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, onion, green chillies, and all the spices except for the fresh coriander. 4: Add the fresh coriander leaves to the mixture and mix well. 5: In another bowl, mix water, suji, oil, and spices to prepare the dough. 6: Take a portion of the dough, flatten it, and place some potato filling inside. 7: Seal the dough around the filling to form rolls. 8: Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown. 9: Serve hot as a snack.View original recipe
