What you need

cucumber

fl oz lemon juice

fl oz tomato ketchup
cup besan

tsp sugar

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

tomato

onion

tsp black pepper

cup wheat flour

tbsp ghee
fl oz green chilli
Instructions
1: Prepare the eggless omelette batter by mixing Besan, Atta, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Baking Powder, and Water as needed. 2: Heat the Desi Ghee in a pan and pour the batter to form a pancake. 3: Cook until both sides are golden brown. 4: Chop the vegetables (Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Cucumber) and season them with Salt and Lemon Juice. 5: Take the cooked pancake and place some vegetables on one side. 6: Drizzle Chaat Masala, Green Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, and Lemon Juice on top. 7: Roll it tightly and serve immediately.View original recipe
