Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan. 2: Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. 3: Add chopped onions and ginger, and sauté until golden. 4: Add garlic and green chillies, and cook for a minute. 5: Add cubed potatoes, coriander powder, and garam masala, and mix well. 6: Stir in curd and water, then add salt and other spices. 7: Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. 8: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.View original recipe
