Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilli powder, haldi powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, and bhuna masala. 2: Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken, mixing well. 3: Add water and cook until chicken is tender. 4: For bhuna masala, dry roast jeera, coriander seeds, and black peppercorns until aromatic. 5: Grind bhuna masala ingredients to a fine paste. 6: In another pot, heat oil, add whole spices, garlic, onions, tomatoes, and green chillies; sauté until golden. 7: Add ginger and bhuna masala paste to the pot and cook well. 8: Combine cooked chicken with the masala mix and simmer for a few minutes. 9: Garnish with coriander stems and serve hot.View original recipe
