Instructions
1: Roast Soya Chaap in butter and oil with salt, haldi powder, and Kashmiri red chilli powder. 2: Prepare the gravy by heating oil and adding bay leaves, dal chini, jeera, choti elachi, and badi elachi. 3: Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 4: Mix in ginger garlic paste and other spices including Kashmiri red chilli powder, haldi powder, and salt. 5: Stir in tomato puree and cook until the oil separates. 6: Blend in cashews and garam masala. 7: Add the roasted Soya Chaap to the gravy and cook thoroughly. 8: Finish with kasuri methi, malai, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.View original recipe
