Instructions
1: Fry the eggs in oil until golden brown, set aside. 2: In the same pan, add butter and jeera, followed by chopped onion and fry until translucent. 3: Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies, sauté for a minute. 4: Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 5: Add all listed spices including Haldi, Kashmiri Red Chilli, coriander, and Chicken masala. 6: Pour in some water to make gravy, let it simmer. 7: Add the fried eggs and stir gently to coat them in the gravy. 8: Finally, add curd and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.View original recipe
