Instructions
1: Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and set aside. 2: Heat mustard oil in a pan and add onions, frying until golden. 3: Add the garlic pods and cloves, sauté until fragrant. 4: Mix in ginger and green chillies, cooking until softened. 5: Stir in the spices: black pepper, cinnamon, dried red chillies, bay leaves, big cardamom, cloves, and green cardamom. 6: Add the chopped boiled eggs to the pan and toss to coat them with the spice mixture. 7: Pour in water as needed to form a gravy, then bring to a simmer. 8: Finally, add the remaining spices: jeera, salt, haldi powder, spicy red chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, and garam masala, cooking for an additional few minutes.View original recipe
