What you need
tsp cornstarch

tsp salt

in ginger
tbsp oil
tsp ajwain

tsp black pepper

green chili
tbsp chili flakes

tsp turmeric powder

cup moong beans

fl oz ghee
Instructions
1: Soak the Dhuli Moong Dal for a few hours and then rinse. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked dal, grated ginger, chopped green chillies, and other spices including ajwain, haldi powder, salt, black pepper, and mix well. 3: Add the water gradually and knead to form a dough with Atta. 4: Prepare a paste with melted desi ghee and cornstarch to use for layering. 5: Roll out the dough, apply the paste and fold it to create layers. 6: Shape and cut into preferred sizes. 7: Heat oil in a pan and fry the cut shapes until golden brown and crispy. 8: Serve hot with tea time.View original recipe
