Instructions
1: Soak the soya chunks in hot water for about 15 minutes, then drain and set aside. 2: Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, sauté until golden brown. 3: Add ginger, garlic, and spices (jeera, cloves, dried red chili, badi elachi, bay leaf) to the pan. 4: Stir in the potatoes and sauté for a few minutes. 5: Add the soaked soya chunks, vinegar, and all the spices (haldi powder, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala). 6: Mix well and add water as needed to form a gravy consistency. 7: Cover and simmer until the potatoes are cooked. 8: Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.View original recipe
