Instructions
1: Prepare the spinach puree by boiling the palak and blending it with sugar and green chilies. 2: In a bowl, mix atta, besan, salt, ajwain, and add oil to make a dough. 3: For the stuffing, crumble paneer and mix with chopped onion, grated carrot, corn, coriander leaves, ginger, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. 4: Roll out small rounds from the dough, fill with the paneer stuffing, and seal. 5: Steam the momos until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. 6: For the chutney, blend ginger, garlic, tomato, dried red chillies, and salt until smooth. 7: Serve momos hot with the ginger garlic chutney.View original recipe
