Instructions
1: Clean and cut the chicken into pieces. 2: Finely chop the onions, garlic, and ginger. 3: In a bowl, mix all the spices including salt, Kashmiri Red chilli, haldi powder, desiccated Coconut, Black pepper, coriander powder, red chilli powder, roasted Jeera, chicken masala, and garam masala. 4: Apply the spice mix to the chicken pieces evenly. 5: Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and curry leaves to the marinated chicken and mix well. 6: Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 7: Roast the marinated chicken in a preheated oven or on a stovetop until fully cooked and browned. 8: Serve hot garnished with green chillies.View original recipe
