Instructions
1: Heat ghee in a pan and add suji to roast until golden brown. 2: In another pot, bring water and sugar to a boil. 3: Add roasted suji to the boiling sugar water slowly, stirring continuously. 4: Mix in atta, besan, and elachi powder, and cook until thick. 5: Add saffron dissolved in milk and mix well. 6: Grease a tray and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly. 7: Garnish with almonds, cashews, and pistachios. 8: Allow it to set and then cut into barfi pieces.View original recipe
