bunch fresh coriander leaves
bay leaf

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tbsp coriander powder

oz onion

tsp garam masala

tsp salt
tsp red chili powder
cup mustard oil

lb chicken

tsp turmeric powder

black pepper

tikka masala

Instructions
1: Heat mustard oil in a pan and add chopped onions. 2: Fry the onions until golden brown. 3: Add salt, haldi powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, and garam masala. 4: Mix well and cook for a few minutes. 5: Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a couple of minutes. 6: Add chicken and fry until it is no longer pink. 7: Add curd and mix well until combined. 8: Pour in water, add black pepper corns, elachi, bay leaf, and jeera. 9: Cover and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender. 10: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.View original recipe
