tsp turmeric powder

cup wheat flour
Instructions
1: Boil the potatoes and mash them in a bowl. 2: Chop the onions, carrot, capsicum, and green chillies finely. 3: Add the chopped vegetables, salt, jeera, black pepper, sugar, baking powder, and fresh coriander to the mashed potatoes. 4: Mix well and add the atta gradually, followed by water to make a batter. 5: Heat oil in a pan for cooking. 6: Pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan and spread it out. 7: Cook until golden brown on both sides, adding more oil if necessary. 8: Repeat until all batter is used. 9: Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.View original recipe
