Instructions
1: Soak the Kabuli Chana overnight and cook until soft. 2: In a pot, heat mustard oil and add cumin seeds, hing, and the whole spices. 3: Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 4: Add tomatoes and cook until mushy. 5: Incorporate the ginger, green chillies, and all dry masalas. 6: Add the cooked chana and mix well with water as needed. 7: Let it simmer for about 20 minutes. 8: Prepare the tea by boiling tea leaves in water and adding it to the mix. 9: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.View original recipe
