Instructions
1: Boil soya beans in water with salt and vinegar until soft. 2: In a pan, heat oil and add dried red chillies and whole spices. 3: Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 4: Add chopped tomatoes, ginger, and garlic, and cook until soft. 5: Stir in salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for a few minutes. 6: Add curd, kitchen king masala, and fresh coriander leaves. Stir well. 7: Finally, mix in the boiled soya and keora water.
