bunch fresh coriander leaves

tsp red chili powder

Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan. 2: Add a pinch of hing, mustard seeds, and jeera. Let it splutter. 3: Toss in dried red chillies, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Sauté until onions are transparent. 4: Add peas and green chillies, and cook for a few minutes. 5: Pour in 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. 6: Add haldi, spicy red chilli powder, and maggi packets. Stir well. 7: Cook according to maggi packet instructions until noodles are done. 8: Before serving, add 4-5 curry leaves, a tablespoon of butter, and garnish with coriander leaves.View original recipe
