Instructions
1: Soak chana dal and moong dhuli for 30 minutes. 2: In a pot, add soaked lentils, green chillies, ginger, ghiya, and water. Boil until dal is cooked. 3: Add salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, haldi powder, and hing to the boiled dal. 4: Heat desi ghee in a pan, add ingredients for tadka (jeera, hing, dried red chillies, sauf, kasuri methi, and ginger). 5: Pour the tadka over the cooked dal, mix well.
