Instructions
1: Heat desi ghee in a pan. 2: Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. 3: Add garlic, ginger, and dried red chillies, and sauté until aromatic. 4: Add tomatoes and cook until soft. 5: Mix in EVEREST SHAHI PANEER MASALA, salt, sugar, haldi powder, and Kashmiri red chilli powder. 6: Stir in the curd and malai until well combined. 7: Add cashews, paneer, and water, and let it simmer for 10 minutes. 8: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.View original recipe
