Instructions
1: Prepare the ingredients by chopping onions, tomatoes, and green chillies. 2: Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker. 3: Add badi elachi, jeera, laung, tej patta, and dal chini to the hot oil. 4: Sauté the chopped onions in the oil until golden brown. 5: Add garlic, ginger, and green chillies, and cook for a minute. 6: Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. 7: Add haldi powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, amchur powder, black pepper, and salt. 8: Add the soaked rajma (kidney beans) and mix well. 9: Pour in enough water to submerge the rajma and close the pressure cooker. 10: Cook for the recommended time until the rajma is tender. 11: Once cooked, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.View original recipe
