Instructions
1: Boil 2 cups of soya in 1 litre of water with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar until tender. 2: For the gravy, heat 0.5 cup of oil in a pan. 3: Add 3 chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 4: Add 3 chopped tomatoes, 4 spicy dried red chillies, and 4 Kashmiri dried red chillies; cook until the tomatoes are soft. 5: Incorporate 1.5 inches of chopped ginger, 8-10 chopped garlic cloves, and stir well. 6: Add spices: 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of haldi powder, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, and mix well. 7: Add 3-4 tablespoons of curd, 1 tablespoon of kitchen king masala, and stir to combine. 8: Finish with fresh coriander leaves, a pinch of 1/4 teaspoon of javitri, 1/4 teaspoon of jayphal, 3 green chillies, and 1 teaspoon of keora water. 9: Add whole spices: 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon of jeera, 4 choti elachi, and 2 badi elachi. 10: Mix everything together and let it cook for a few more minutes before serving.View original recipe
