Instructions
1: Boil the raw potatoes, carrot, beetroot, and pumpkin until soft. 2: Heat a pan and add oil for tadka. 3: Add jeera, dried red chillies, and ginger to the hot oil. 4: Add capsicum and sauté for a few minutes. 5: Add the boiled vegetables and mash them together. 6: Stir in salt, Kashmiri red chilli, haldi powder, and pav bhaji masala. 7: Add water as needed to reach desired consistency. 8: Cook for a few minutes while stirring continuously. 9: Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.View original recipe
