Instructions
1: Prepare the batter by mixing besan, atta, haldi powder, salt, water, and baking soda. 2: Boil the potatoes and mash them. 3: In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with salt, ajwain, coriander powder, black pepper powder, roasted jeera powder, amchoor powder, green chillies, and fresh coriander. 4: Take a roti and spread some batter on it. 5: Add the potato filling and fold the roti. 6: Cook on a skillet until golden brown on both sides. 7: Serve with tomato sauce and chilli garlic sauce.View original recipe
