What you need
cup mustard oil

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

tsp coriander powder

tsp garam masala

tbsp methi

tsp turmeric powder

Instructions
1: Heat mustard oil in a kadhai until it is hot. 2: Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until fragrant. 3: Add the chopped onions and fry until golden brown. 4: Add green chillies, capsicum, ginger julienne, and sauté briefly. 5: Mix in the tomatoes and cook until they soften. 6: Add in the spices: salt, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, garam masala, kasuri methi, haldi powder, and kashmiri red chilli powder. Stir well. 7: Add soya chaap to the mixture and combine thoroughly. 8: Prepare kadhai masala by dry roasting jeera, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, bay leaves, and elachi, then add to the kadhai. 9: Simmer the dish for 10-15 minutes until the flavors meld. 10: Serve hot with naan or rice.View original recipe
