cup peas

tsp garam masala

bunch fresh coriander leaves

tsp coriander powder
tsp ajwain
tbsp oil

green chili

tsp coriander seed

tsp amchoor
tsp red chili powder

tsp Black Salt

tsp black pepper
Instructions
1: For the dough, mix Maida, oil, salt, Ajwain, and water to form a smooth dough. 2: For the stuffing, heat oil and add Hing, Jeera, and Coriander Seeds. 3: Add Peas, chopped Green Chillies, grated Ginger, Haldi Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, and boiled, mashed Potatoes. 4: Season with salt, black salt, Garam Masala, Amchoor Powder, and Black Pepper Powder. Mix well. 5: Roll out the dough, cut into circles, fill with stuffing, and shape into samosas. 6: Deep fry samosas until golden brown. Serve hot.View original recipe
