What you need

cup wheat flour

tsp baking powder

tbsp ghee
cup warm milk

cup sugar

cup water
cardamom pods
Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix milk powder, whole wheat flour, and baking powder. 2: Add desi ghee and warm milk to the dry ingredients and knead to form a soft dough. 3: Shape the dough into small balls. 4: In a pan, heat ghee for frying the jamuns. 5: Fry the balls until golden brown. Remove and set aside. 6: In another pan, combine sugar, water, and crushed elachi to make chashni. 7: Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for a few minutes until it reaches a syrup consistency. 8: Soak the fried jamuns in the warm chashni for at least 30 minutes before serving.View original recipe
