Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix besan, haldi powder, salt, ajwain, hing, coriander seeds, kasuri methi, and baking soda. 2: Prepare the pakoda by adding water gradually to make a batter. 3: Heat desi ghee in a pan for frying. 4: Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot ghee and fry until golden brown. 5: For the gravy, heat some ghee in a pot, add hing, jeera, mustard seeds, and dried red chillies. 6: Then add atta and haldi powder, stirring well. 7: Add water, ginger, green chillies, coriander powder, salt, dried amla, amchoor powder, garam masala, and kasuri methi. 8: Let it simmer until thickened and serve the pakodas with the gravy.View original recipe
