What you need

tbsp water

tbsp rice flour

tsp turmeric powder

bunch fresh coriander leaves

tsp red chili powder
Instructions
1: Chop the green chillies, onions, and raw potatoes. 2: In a bowl, mix chopped ingredients with hing and water. 3: Add mashed potatoes, diced onions, and ginger. 4: Add black pepper, coriander seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, haldi powder, red chilli powder, salt, jeera, besan, and rice flour. 5: Mix well to form a batter. 6: Heat oil for frying in a pan. 7: Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown. 8: Remove and drain excess oil.
