1: Soak the Kabuli Chana overnight and then cook them until soft. 2: In a pan, heat Ghee and add Badi Elachi, Tej Patta, and Dried Amla. 3: Add Baking Soda and let it sauté for a minute. 4: Stir in the spices: Coriander Powder, Haldi Powder, Anardana, Kasuri Methi, Salt, Chole Masala, and Red Chilli Powder. 5: Add cooked Kabuli Chana to the mixture and stir well. 6: Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Ginger. Serve hot.
