1: Prepare a dough by mixing Atta with water and Ghee. 2: Finely chop the Onion, Hybrid Tomatoes, Ginger, Green Chillies, and Garlic Cloves. 3: Heat mustard oil in a pan, add Jeera, Hing, and Mustard Seeds. 4: Add chopped Onion and sauté until translucent. 5: Add the rest of the chopped vegetables and the spices (Salt, Ajwain, Coriander Powder, Haldi Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, and Kasuri Methi). 6: Mix in Besan and Poha, and cook for a few minutes. 7: Allow the stuffing to cool before filling the dough. 8: Roll out the dough, fill with the stuffing, and cook on a hot griddle until golden brown.
